Here i am posting this circuit,
I create for controlling my L.E.D. panel
I ALWAYS WANT TO MAKE NICE POWER EFFICIENT PWM FROM SOME IRF WITH PIC
I HAVE 3 PIECES 16F72 IN MY SPARE BOX WHICH I GET FROM JUNK MARKET IN UPS CIRCUITS
I GOT THEM FOR Rs 30 each_____
yeah i m telling truth, i flash one of them with my code
and voila that are workin nice pwm controllers of 15 watt light panel
i got that irf 510 also from that circuit -------------------------------------------------------------------------
now copy these,
  HI BUTTON=PORTC.0
LO BUTTON=PORTC.1
IRF PIN OUT= PORTC.2
BUTTONS WITH PULL UP RESISTORS
CRYSTAL=4MHz
it is working so cheap made ,,now i am thinking to buy some i2c eprom and join with it to remember light intencity
workin nice for me
